Our HYROX workouts combine functional strength and cardio but in a race-style format built for endurance, grit, and full-body conditioning. These classes will be based on the high intensity workouts focused around the HYROX races. You DO NOT need to compete in HYROX competitions to dip your toes in these classes! This class pushes your limits with a powerful mix of strength and endurance work. Expect to leave breathless, drenched, and fully spent, the kind of workout that tests your grit and leaves you walking out stronger, mentally and physically.

We are open for physical therapy Monday-Thursday from 8AM-6PM, and Fridays from 8AM-12PM. Hours for classes vary based on class times, and personal training is scheduled by appointment only.
