HYROX Performance classes combine functional strength and cardio in a high-intensity, race-style format built for endurance, grit, and full-body conditioning. The workouts are modeled around the HYROX race format, but you do not need to compete to show up and get after it.
Expect to leave breathless and fully spent. This is the class for people who want to know exactly what they're made of, and then come back next week to do it again.

AZPI is in East Mesa, and just minutes away from Gilbert and Queen Creek. Our crossroads are Pecos and Ellsworth. Our address is 8607 E Pecos Rd, Suite 116 Mesa, AZ 85212.
We are open for physical therapy Monday-Thursday from 8AM-6PM, and Fridays from 8AM-12PM. Hours for classes vary based on class times, and personal training is scheduled by appointment only.
